Shatavisha Public School follows a structured admission process. Parents are requested to read the following guidelines carefully before applying.

1. Age Eligibility (As of March)

To be eligible for admission, the candidate must meet the following age criteria by March of the academic year:

2. Interview & Examination Proces

Parental Presence: During the interview, both parents must accompany the child. No other relatives or representatives are permitted.
Nursery Admissions: The interaction is designed to be child-friendly; reading and writing skills are not required for Nursery applicants.
Higher Classes (Class I–XII): A written examination will be conducted based on the syllabus of the student’s previous class.
Attendance: Candidates must appear on the specified date and time. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of the registration.
Final Authority: The Principal is solely responsible for the processing of applications and the final selection. The Principal’s decision is final and binding. No third-party recommendations will be entertained.

3. Documentation Requirements

At the time of admission/interview, parents must submit the following:
Birth Certificate: An authenticated extract from the Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat. Original documents will be returned after verification.
Transfer Certificate (TC): Students coming from other recognized schools must submit a TC from their previous institution.
Caste Certificate: A copy must be attached if applicable.
Registration Slip: This slip must be carried compulsorily on the day of the interview.
Accuracy: Please fill out admission forms with the utmost accuracy; no subsequent changes to records will be permitted.

No Guarantee: Registration does not guarantee admission.
Fees: Once the admission fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the child is withdrawn from the school for any reason.
