Computer Class Rules & Regulations
The Computer Centre is a dedicated space for learning and technical development. To protect our sensitive equipment and ensure a productive environment, students must strictly adhere to the following rules:
1. Environment & Decorum
Strict Silence: Silence is a necessary element for concentration and serious work. Observe strict silence at all times.
Dust Prevention: Dust is the greatest enemy of computer hardware. Students must remove their shoes before entering the room and ensure they are wearing clean socks.
Authorized Entry: Do not bring any bags, storage devices, or personal items into the computer room without the prior permission of the teacher.
2. Equipment Care & Responsibility
Machine Sensitivity: Computers are delicate and expensive machines. Handle all hardware—including keyboards, mice, and monitors—with extreme care.
Liability: Any damage caused to the equipment due to negligence must be paid for by the student responsible.
Incident Reporting: Report any defect or damage immediately to the instructor. Prompt reporting ensures that technical issues can be resolved quickly for the next user.
3. Time Management
Efficiency: Computer lab time is a valuable resource. Students should stay focused on their assigned tasks and avoid wasting time on unauthorized programs or settings.
