Recommendations to Parents & Guardians
The support and collaboration of parents are considered indispensable to the success of the educational work carried out by the school. While the school provides the environment for learning, parents retain their primary rights and duties in the ongoing education of their children.
1. Cooperation with School Authorities
Parents are requested to actively cooperate with the school by:
Urging their wards to be regular and punctual in attendance.
Checking the School Diary on a daily basis.
Ensuring their wards are diligent in completing their homework and lessons.
Private Tutors: Not engaging private tutors without prior consultation with the school authorities.
Insisting on neatness and cleanliness regarding textbooks, exercise books, and personal appearance.
Meeting with the Principal, Vice-Principal, or Teachers periodically to discuss their ward’s progress.
2. Progress Reports & Communication
Report Cards: Periodical reports and Report Cards keep parents informed of academic progress. These must be signed and returned on time as per the School Calendar. Delays may result in the student being sent home.
School Calendar: General communication is made through the School Calendar. On the first day of every month, parents must review the previous month’s calendar and sign it with the word “CHECKED.”
Examination Period: Parents are not allowed to meet the Principal on any day while examinations are in progress.
3. Parent-Teacher Meetings
To avoid disrupting academic sessions, parents may meet teachers only at the following designated times:
Senior Section Teachers: 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 1:40 P.M.
K.G. Section Teachers: 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 12:00 Noon.
Note: Meeting teachers or students during class hours at any other time requires special permission from the Principal.
4. Campus Rules & Attendance
Correspondence: All formal communications should be addressed directly to the Principal.
Extended Absence: Students absent on the first day of any term, or away for ten consecutive days without prior permission, may have their names removed from the register. Re-admission is subject to vacancy and payment of the standard entrance fees.
Campus Access: Admittance into the school premises is at the sole discretion of the school authorities. The school reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without assigning a reason.
Non-Smoking Zone: The school premises is a strictly non-smoking area at all times, including holidays.
