Promotion to next class depends on the whole year's performance on regular attendance, on the overall development and ability to cope with the next step in the student's education.
Evaluation of the academic performance will be based on the tests and examinations conducted and the assignments allotted from time to time. Pass mark is 35%.
Only those students with a minium of 85% attendance of the working days during each school year will be considered for promotion.
Absentees at an examination will be considered as having failed unless it is established that their absence was due to illness and is sanctioned by the Principal.
No special arrangement will be made for pupils who for any reason are absent from the examination and there is no provision for re-tests.
The decision of the school authorities will be final with regard to promotions.
The school will not retain the answer scripts of the students beyond 60 days from the date of examination.
For plucked candidate there is no arrangement for "re-examination" or "promotion on trial".
The results of the examination cannot be changed.
Normally the students should pass in all subjects including G.K. and Art/Craft.
Pupils whose Fees and Annual Charges have not been paid on time may be barred from sitting for the examinations and are liable to have their names struck off the role.
The reports must be collected by the Parents on the stipulated day. A defaulter may be penalized through a fine/and may not be allowed to attended the school until his/her report is collected.
The breach of any of the regulations of conduct at examination or the use of unfair means, if discovered subsequently, will merit the cancellation of the particular paper and the student concerned will be awarded a zero. And if such misconduct is repeated, he/she will be expelled and barred to appear for the entire examination (All Subjects).
